Peak8 Solutions acquires Digiticians of Waltham, Mass., one of the first companies in the U.S. to deliver remote technical support services through the Internet, and one of the first to bring a full suite of automated managed services to the Digital Home marketplace.
Our Vision

The barrier to mass adoption of the Digital Lifestyle is the increasing complexity of the multi-vendor aspect of the Digital Home environments. The creation of a cost-effective and comprehensive technical support solution will be the single greatest catalyzing event for mass adoption. Peak8 Solutions intends to be the key provider that solves this challenge.

Our Technology

The strength of our solution is the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) based technology suite that eliminates 30 - 40% of calls into a call center through our intelligent self-service capability. In addition those calls that do come through can be solved 75% more efficiently due to the extensive telemetry of the consumers' products as well as our knowledge database.

Our Services

We have designed our service solution to interoperate with our client Broadband Service Providers' call centers offering support for any digital lifestyle products that the provider does not support. This enables a true end-to-end solution for subscribers. The intention is to produce customer delight among those who experience our service.
