Executive Team

Ronald A. Renjilian - CEO (Founder)

Ron is Peak 8's CEO and Chairman of the Management Committee. He brings to Peak 8 over 24 years of experience in high technology including 18 years with IBM where he was the executive responsible for IBM's North American Telecomunications vertical for wireless, ISP and Clec providers. For the past 6 years Ron has successfully lead the sales efforts of a number of early stage software/services companies in the identity management, enterprise application integration and business process management spaces.


John W. Fisher, Jr. - COO & CSA (Founder)

John started with Peak8 in the role of Chief Technology Officer and Chief Software Architect. He has recently transitioned into the role of Chief Operating Officer and CSA and continues lead the entire Product Development Lifecycle for Peak8. In addition to development John's team is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of our IT infrastructure. John has over 17 years of product development and management experience with several technology and marketing companies such as; PC Pinpoint, RMI.net, Tactical Marketing Ventures, Application Methods, and Ashton Corporation, to name a few. John served as COO of two of these companies, one being a publicly traded entity, to which he was responsible for 20 locations and two subsidiary software development companies. Additionally John has worked extensively with companies such as Borland, Net Objects, Symantec, Netscape and Microsoft in the development and QA testing of some of their most popular commercial products.

Charlie Travis - Vice President Sales and Business Development

Charlie is Peak8's Vice President Sales and Business Development. He brings over 20 years of experience growing companies in emerging technologies, software, and services including management consulting, outsource and managed services, ASP/BPO, telecommunications, broadband services, customer care services and technologies. Charlie has 10 years of information services and management consulting experience with top telecommunications and broadband service companies. For the past 13 years, he has been focused on the emerging service provider and broadband services space working with early stage companies and larger enterprises such as IBM, Motorola, Sprint, Level 3 and others. Charlie built and successfully led the growth and exit of consulting services and premier executive search firms focused on the customer care, telecommunication, broadband services industries, and outsource services, while he conducted mission critical executive level talent searches. He has led several fund raise efforts, merger and acquisition initiatives, sales, and business development efforts throughout his career.


Advisor Board

Wayne H. Davis - Former EVP of Engineering & CTO, Charter Communications, Inc.

Wayne Davis most recently held the position of Executive Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer for Charter Communications, Inc. with responsibility for company-wide network engineering and technology strategy related to data, voice, and video, together with technical operations, Information Technology, procurement/supply chain and the deployment of new technology. He has more than 25 years of experience in cable engineering, technical operations, and operations management.

Mr. Davis was previously Vice President of Management Services, serving as assistant to Charter President and CEO. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Engineering for the company's Western Division serving over four million subscribers.

Before joining Charter, Mr. Davis held the position of Vice President of Engineering for Comcast. Prior to that he was Group Vice President of Engineering (CTO) for Jones Intercable.

Mr. Davis was previously a member of the board of directors of Security Broadband, Inc, a technical advisory board member of Cedar Point Communications, Inc., and Net2Phone, Inc. He is also a technical advisory board member of Broadlogic Network Technologies, Inc., and Peak 8 Solutions, Inc.. Mr. Davis is a member of the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers and a member of CableLabs, Inc., Technical Advisory Committee (TAC).

Mr. Davis is based in Denver.

Jerry Maglio - Founder and Owner, Maglio & Associates, Inc.

As of 2007 Jerry Maglio has returned to full time professional consulting through Maglio & Associates, Inc. with special emphasis marketing and media consulting to multi-channel service providers and their associated product and services offerings.

Prior to returning to professional consulting Jerry Maglio was the executive vice president of marketing for Starz Entertainment Group LLC (SEG). Maglio reported to Robert B. Clasen, president and chief executive officer, and was responsible for all consumer and affiliate marketing and research.

Prior to coming to SEG, Maglio served as the top marketing executive with three cable companies - American Television & Communications (now Time Warner Cable), Daniels & Associates, and United Artists Cable. At the latter two, both of which are now owned by Comcast Cable, he also was responsible for negotiating programming contracts. Maglio was the founding president of Rainbow Programming Services Inc. in 1980.

In 1991 he founded Maglio & Associates, Inc., a Denver-based consulting firm that has provided marketing advice to a wide range of clients in the media industry, including many of the top multi-channel providers. Maglio came to SEG as a consultant in 2003, acting as interim head of marketing.

In 1976 Maglio, then head of the Doubleday & Company's flagship profit center, The Literary Guild of America, was recruited to join ATC as cable operators sought marketing experts from other industries to help launch a host of new programming services. Maglio helped pioneer the successful package marketing of multi-pay premium services and pay per view, and won both the Vanguard Award for Marketing from the National Cable & Telecommunications Association and the One-of-a-Kind Award from Cable and Telecommunications, a Marketing Society. Maglio served as president of CTAM in 1981.

Maglio, a native of White Plains, New York, received his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame and his masters in business administration from Columbia University.
